Q: What’s included in a Holiday Session?
A: Your session includes: 1 outfit only - unlimited photos, poses, props, and furniture during the session, and professionally retouched photos that you choose.
All images are delivered via email and shared on Google Drive within 24 hours.
Q: What does “1 — Outfit Only” mean?
A: It means the session includes time for one outfit. If you want extra outfit changes, please let us know — extra outfit changes may require more time and could incur an additional fee.
Q: What do you mean by “Unlimited — Photos / Poses / Props / Furniture”?
A: During your booked time you can try as many poses and combinations with the studio props and furniture as you like — we will capture a large selection of images for you to choose from.
Q: How many retouched photos do we get?
A: 5 fully retouched photos are included. These will receive professional edits (color correction, basic skin retouching, exposure/contrast fixes, and small blemish removal). Additional retouches are available for a fee.
Q: How do we pick which photos are retouched?
A: Within the gallery we deliver, simply mark or list your top 5 images and send back the list. We’ll complete the retouches and deliver the final files.
Q: How and when will we receive our photos?
A: We’ll email you a link to a Google Drive gallery with all photos within 24 hours of the session. The 5 retouched images will be returned after you select them (typically within 3–7 business days after selection).
Q: What kind of retouching is included?
A: Included retouching covers color and light corrections, gentle skin smoothing, teeth whitening, eye brightening, and minor object removal (small distractions). Major edits (body reshaping, heavy compositing, or large object removal) are extra.
Q: Can we get more retouched photos?
A: Yes — additional retouches are available. Pricing and turnaround for extra retouched images are listed on the booking page or available by request.
Q: Do we get the high-resolution files?
A: Yes — all final images are delivered as high-resolution digital files via Google Drive, ready for printing or sharing.
Q: Are prints available?
A: Yes — we offer professional a la carte prints. You can order prints directly from your gallery or ask us for a print quote.
Q: How long is the session?
A: Typical holiday sessions run between 30–60 minutes depending on group size and setup. We’ll confirm exact timing when you book.
Q: How do I book and hold a date?
A: Book online or contact us. A deposit is required to reserve your time slot — the deposit amount is shown during booking. The remaining balance is due before or at the session per our booking policy.
Q: What is your cancellation / reschedule policy?
A: We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. (Specifics and exceptions appear in your booking confirmation.)
Q: What should we wear / bring?
A: Since the session covers 1 outfit, plan one coordinated outfit for the whole group. We recommend neutral/holiday tones, minimal large logos, and layered pieces for quick styling. If you bring small props or heirlooms, we’ll work them in. We provide studio props and furniture.
Q: What if we are late?
A: Please arrive a few minutes early. If you’re more than 10–15 minutes late, we may shorten the session or require rescheduling depending on the day’s schedule.
Q: Where will the session take place?
A: The session will be at our studio (address shown on the booking page). If you prefer an on-location shoot, contact us — additional travel fees may apply.
Q: Are kids / babies OK?
A: Yes — family sessions are welcome. Please bring any feeding or comfort items you need; we build in a flexible pace for kids.
Q: Do you provide retouch previews or proofs?
A: We deliver the full gallery as proofs to your Google Drive. After you choose your 5 favorites, we apply the included professional retouches and deliver the final versions.
Q: What usage rights do we get?
A: You receive personal-use rights for web and print. Commercial use (ads, stock, or resale) requires a separate license — contact us if you need that.
